Route Service
AAA Vending will provide client service as often as
it is required based on population, usage, and volume
of items purchased. Weekend service is available.
Some of our locations require fill ups three times

Emergency Maintenance
Service
Prompt service is provided for all emergency and out-of-order
conditions, 24-hours a day, seven days a week. We pledge
to respond to any problem at a facility and repair the
problem the same day - usually within four hours of
being reported.
Licenses
AAA Vending assumes the cost of licenses, fees and taxes
required for vending services.
Product Selection
To provide the optimum in product variety, AAA Vending
conducts extensive and continuous market research. We
monitor customer preferences. Our route supervisors

First-out" system of stock rotation. "PARS"
(the capacity or level to which each machine is loaded)
are established to insure sufficient variety and adequate
turnover based on the usage average of each individual

& Replacement
All vending equipment is maintained in peak operating
efficiency at all times. To achieve this we employ a
strict preventive maintenance program. Each machine
is inspectedon a regularly scheduled basis. AAA Vending's
policy is to upgrade machines in high volume locations
more frequently.
Refunds
AAA Vending will establish a refund system that is acceptable
to a customer's requirements. This system will be designed
to provide immediate refunds of lost coins or currency
to your employees or customers.
Sanitation
Clean equipment is one of the biggest sources of customer
satisfaction and increased participation. AAA Vending
has a specific procedure for keeping our machines looking
new. NO EXCUSE INSPECTIONS are conducted on an unannounced
basis to monitor adherence to our high standards of
